in the end of the day...

hey guys. how's everyone so far. i hope everyone's coping well with the school, the students and everything. i just wanna share my thoughts here coz i know most are having trouble with achieving the objectives of the lesson.this is actually from my own blog, i just edit it a bit. hehe hope this helps.

yes, it is frustrating that some of the objectives stated in the lesson plan are not achieved. it is frustrating that everything that happens in class do not follow the steps you nicely create in the record book. it is frustrating that if your lecturer comes and you got really2 low marks for classroom management. in the end of the day, what is marks? what is grades? you got lulus or you got gagal. people will forget bout that. and who remembers you? your KIDS. your students.

YOU will always be their TEACHER - for ever. you will be called 'teacher' by these people till the end of your life, till the end of
their lives as a matter of fact. i personally think students are number 1, grades are number 2. to be able to touch these young generations, changing their lives in some way or another matters (much much) more as compared to getting an A+ for practicum. :D
